Item 7c has been amended to read:
“I have been advised and understand the following: If you are not a citizen of the United States, you are hereby advised that conviction of the offense(s) for which you have been charged may have the consequences of deportation, exclusion from admission to the United States, or denial of naturalization pursuant to the laws of the United States. I have had sufficient time to discuss the potential immigration consequences of my plea with my attorney, if represented by counsel. I am willingly, knowingly, and voluntarily choosing to enter my plea of guilty or no contest, rather than go to trial.”
