Proposed Order to Deposit Money Into Blocked Account (MC-355).  Absent a showing of good cause, it is the policy of the Court to block all funds in a guardianship estate pursuant to Probate Code section 2456. The fact that a parent is appointed as guardian of the estate does not constitute good cause for waiving this policy. (Local Rule 1735(a).) This order is required, even when funds are placed in a blocked account before the order is issued.
