This is a motion to set aside dismissal and enter judgment that was originally set for hearing on April 17, 2026. At that hearing, defendant James V. Sperling represented to the court that the parties had reached a settlement and that there was an error in making payment; there was no appearance by plaintiff JPMorgan Chase Bank. The court continued the hearing to this date. Nothing further has been filed. Unless counsel for plaintiff appears at the hearing to dispute the fact of settlement, this motion will be ordered off calendar as moot.
