On August 25, 2025, plaintiff JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., and defendant James V. Sperlin entered into a stipulation agreement, filed with the court, by which defendant agreed to entry of judgment in the event payment was not made pursuant to a stipulated payment plan. On November 26, 2026, plaintiff filed and served this motion to vacate dismissal and enter judgment pursuant to the stipulated settlement on the grounds that defendant defaulted in making payment. No opposition or other response to the motion has been filed by defendant. The motion will be granted for judgment to be entered as requested.
