This is a case management conference and an order to show cause re right to attach orders and issuance of writ of attachment set pursuant to an ex parte application heard on May 8, 2025. On June 23, 2025, the parties filed a stipulation with the court stating that they have reached a settlement and requesting that the court vacate the order to show cause hearing set for August 22. The OSC will be vacated and ordered off calendar; the case management conference will proceed as scheduled.
