- A supplemental declaration that supports whether there is any reliable evidence that establishes that client files may be stored at 301 S. Miller Street, Suite 116, Santa Maria, CA 93454, considering Camacho died nearly four years ago and public records indicate that attorney Heather Weare is the present occupant.
- Proof of Service of the OSC re: Final I & A and Distribution on Attorney Heather Weare as the present occupant of 301 S.
