This is a continued hearing on plaintiffs’ application for an OSC re contempt against real parties in interest Sable Offshore Corp. and Pacific Pipeline Company. On May 15, 2026, the real parties in interest, together with non-party the United States of America, filed a notice of removal of this action to federal court. As a consequence, this court is without present jurisdiction to address this matter. (See Roman Catholic Archdiocese of San Juan, Puerto Rico v.
