Supplement re: Overage Proposed Ward.  The proposed ward is over the age of 21, thus no longer qualifies for a Guardianship under the Probate Code.  (Prob. Code, §1510.1, subdvs. (a-d)).  Thus, petitioner does not appear to qualify for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. Supplement with a memorandum of points and authorities is required to show how this Court has authority to grant a guardianship past the proposed ward’s 21st birthday.

Proposed Orders (Forms GC-240 & GC-224).  Proposed orders on Judicial Council forms “shall be submitted on or before noon at least five court days prior to the hearing. Failure to submit a timely proposed order may delay the hearing or entry of the order.” (SB Local Rule 1724.)
