This matter was also set for hearing upon appointment of the conservator to ascertain whether the conservator has complied with certain obligations, and it is noted that statutory compliance has been achieved. Court Investigator’s Report. The report of the Court Investigator has been reviewed by the Court and appears appropriate for approval, absent objection. Hearing no objections, the report is approved.
