The Minute Order reflects: The court has received and reviewed the report of the Court Investigator, and it appears appropriate for approval. Absent objection, the matter will be approved. The next review hearing will be held on 01/07/2026 in SB Dept 3 of this court at 9:30 AM. This matter was also set for hearing upon appointment of the conservator to ascertain whether the conservator has complied with certain obligations, and it is noted that statutory compliance has been achieved. Court Investigator’s Report. The report of the Court Investigator has been reviewed by the Court and appears appropriate for approval, absent objection. Hearing no objections, the report is approved. The next Court Investigator’s Report is already scheduled to be heard on 01/07/2026 at 9:30 a.m. in this department. Compliance Review Hearing. All required items have been filed with the court. Statutory Compliance has been achieved.
