Please submit the following:

Supplement re: Revocability of Trust.  The trust language indicates that the trust remains revocable, thus subject to amendment, and (most relevant here) addition of property to the trust.  Thus, it is unclear to the Court why an order confirming the personal property listed at Exhibit 5 is necessary.  Please submit a supplement explaining any adverse claims to the property exist, and why a court order is necessary to confirm the trust owns that property.
