Appearances are required.  The Court Investigator’s Report has been received and recommends that the Conservatorship continue. HOWEVER, the Court Investigator reports that the Conservatee cannot communicate a desire to participate in the voting process, with or without reasonable accommodations. 

As a result of the Court Investigator’s Report, Conservator and Attorney for Conservatee must appear and show cause why the Court should not disqualify the Conservatee from participating in the voting process pursuant to Election Code section 2209.
