The following is noted for the Court at the Hearing:

On June 18, 2025, the Court ordered all parties to mediate the pleadings listed below with Honorable James A. Steele (Retired), of Signature Resolution Company. After that order was made, Theodore Lee Perez, Maria Vargas Niblett, Bernard Jesus Perez, Rebecca Perez Abrahams, and Alberto Perez, collectively filed a new pleading containing 12 labeled causes of action. It is recommended the Court refer this pleading to mediation pursuant to Breslin v. Breslin (2021) 62 Cal.App.5th 801.

At the September 3, 2025, hearing, the Court noted its inclination to refer the June 18, 2025, pleading to mediation, along with the other matters at issue. The Court ordered the parties to meet and confer regarding an accounting in preparation for that mediation.  The accounting was filed on November 17, 2025.

Therefore, the court should order that the following pleadings, and objections thereto, are subsumed within the June 18, 2025, order:
