Probate Notes:

Appearances are required.

Second Supplement finally resolves Discrepancy no. 1.  Second supplement gives the Court sufficient evidence to identify the bond transactions as purchases of interest that support a negative entry in receipts.

Supplement fails to resolve Discrepancy no. 2.  The schedule is still not code compliant, for the reason set forth twice in the probate notes. It would normally be recommended the Court surcharge the Conservator for intransigence in bringing the schedule up to code, but it is here recommended the court allow this discrepancy to exist without change, because the conservator is not requesting a fee to surcharge, and the only beneficiary of this estate has consented to the accounting.

Second Supplement finally resolves Discrepancy no. 3.  The second supplement gives the court sufficient facts to understand the transaction.

Account statements submitted resolve Discrepancy nos. 4 and 5. It is recommended the Court urge more timely filing of all future documents for review.
