These are four unopposed discovery motions: (1) a motion to compel responses to form interrogatories, set one; (2) a motion to compel responses to special interrogatories, set one; (3) a motion to compel responses to inspection demands, set one; and (4) a motion to deem matters admitted. As to the three motions to compel, the unopposed motions are granted and claimant Roberto Canseco-Estrada shall serve verified responses to the form interrogatories, special interrogatories, and inspection demands, without objection, within 15 calendar days after service of notice of this order. As to the motion to deem matters admitted, unless Canseco-Estrada has served, before the hearing on this motion, a proposed response to the requests for admission that is in substantial compliance with Code of Civil Procedure section 2033.220, the court will grant the motion and shall deem the matters admitted as set forth in the request for admissions.
