The unopposed motions to compel are granted. Plaintiffs Eloisa Ortega, Christianne Ortega, and Alfonso Ortega shall serve verified responses to the respective supplemental discovery on or before March 29, 2024. In view of the repetition in the motions and the absence of opposition, the court awards monetary sanctions in favor of defendant Andrew Loy and against plaintiffs in the total amount of $485, to be paid to counsel for defendant on or before April 15, 2024.
