The court investigator’s report has been received and recommends that the conservatorship continue.  It is recommended the Court approve the Second Account and Report of the Successor Conservator.

The following is noted for the Court at the hearing:

The account is premature. On January 14, 2025, the Court ordered the Third account and Report be set for hearing on January 12, 2027, the hearing date for that accounting is currently on calendar for January 12, 2027, and the accounting period was set as December 1, 2024, to November 30, 2026.  The accounting on file is not only one year early, but short one year on the accounting period. It is recommended the Court deny the accounting and vacate this hearing.
