Tentative Ruling

The court has received and reviewed the report of the Court Investigator and it appears appropriate for approval however, review by the Public Defender is pending. Absent objection, the matter will be approved.

The court notes that there is a balance $800 for the Court Investigator reports of 2023 and 2010. The fee for this report was waived by the Court Investigator. Submission of a fee waiver request would address the past due fees.

The next review hearing will be held on 10/22/2026 in SB Dept 5 of this court at 9:00 AM.
