Appearances required.
A Petition for Internal Affairs was filed on March 13, 2023, by Sabrina Williams and Shermaine Cox. There is currently no written objection on file. A written objection will place this matter at issue and require evidentiary hearing to resolve. (In re Estate of Lensch (2009) 177 Cal.App.4th 667, 676; Conservatorship of Farrant (2021) 67 Cal.App.5th 370, 377.)
Any Respondents desirous to object to the Petition, must file a written objection before the hearing. The court has authority to require all objectors to file a written objection pursuant CRC, Rule 7.801, or else deem the failure to do so a waiver.
The following must be submitted:

(3) The Attorney General, if the petition relates to a charitable trust subject to the jurisdiction of the Attorney General.” (Prob. Code, § 17203.)
Proposed Order (Local Rule, 1731.) – Petitioner must submit a proposed order outlining the exact relief requested in the petition.
