Appearances are required.

The following must be submitted:

Proof of Service. Proof of timely mailed service of the notice of hearing and a copy of the petition for appointment of a Conservator on Maternal Grandmother at least 15 days prior to the hearing. (Prob. Code § 1822)

Proof of Service of Citation. Proof of personal service of the Citation and a copy of the Petition on proposed Conservatee 15 days prior to the hearing. (Prob. Code § 1824)

Report from Regional Center. The regional center shall submit a written report of its findings and recommendations to the court. (Prob. Code, § 1827.5(a).) The report shall include a description of the specific areas, nature, and degree of disability of the proposed limited conservatee. No such report has been filed.

The proposed conservatee is expected to attend the hearing.
