RULING

This is a motion to approve a PAGA settlement in which there is a similar matter pending in Los Angeles County and in other counties. A Los Angeles Plaintiff has petitioned for coordination of these actions. When this matter was last before the Court, on July 1, 2026, the Court continued the hearing to this date to await a determination of the coordination petition. On August 5, 2026, the parties submitted a joint status report stating that the coordination petition remains pending with the Judicial Council. The matter is continued to Wednesday, 11/25/26, at 10:00 a.m.; the parties are invited to file a status report at least five Court days before the continued hearing.

No appearance is necessary on 8/12/26.
