Order to Show Cause: Sanctions

Tentative Ruling

On August 21, 2026, the court set an order to show cause why monetary sanctions should not be imposed because a notice of related case was not filed as required by California Rules of Court, rule 3.300. In response to the order to show cause, attorney Roger N. Behle, Jr., of Foley Bezek Behle & Curtis, LLP, filed a declaration explaining the circumstances by which the notice of related cases was not filed and taking responsibility for the failure to file the notice. The court accepts the explanation and discharges the order to show cause.
