On February 17, 2026, plaintiffs Grant Lee and Melodie Lee filed this action against defendants Janssen Biotech, Inc., Amgen Inc., and Celltrion USA, Inc. On June 26, 2026, defendant Janssen Biotech, Inc., filed its notice of removal of this action to federal court. On June 26, 2026, the court set this continued case management conference to monitor the status of the removed case. On August 3, 2026, defendant Janssen Biotech, Inc., filed its notice that the removed case was dismissed by the federal court but not remanded, attaching copies of the orders of the federal court.

Removal of this action to federal court deprived this court of jurisdiction over further proceedings in this case. Dismissal of the federal action without remand permanently deprives this court of further jurisdiction and terminates this action. (Allstate Ins. Co. v. Superior Court (1982) 132 Cal.App.3d 670, 675–676.) This action is therefore ordered dismissed. Appearances are not required.
