The following is noted for the Court at the hearing:

Brian “Moreno” v. “Pinedo”.  In the Petition for Letters of Administration, at paragraph 8, Petitioner identifies the sole heir of the estate as Brian “Pinedo.”  Thereafter, a person named Brian “Moreno” has been served and filed a waiver of bond.

Petitioner submitted a supplement with an attached photo of Brian Moreno’s U.S. Passport, showing Brian Moreno is Brian Moreno, but that evidence does not link Mr. Moreno to the decedent, Francisco J. Pinedo.  It is recommended the Court require a birth certificate showing Brian Moreno is the child of decedent.
