On April 29, 2026, this Court approved the Petition for Compromise and ordered the proposed annuity be purchased, but with a final payout on the minor’s 18th birthday. A proposed order was submitted on May 26, 2026, but was not signed, because the proposed annuity was not supported by sufficient documentation to prove to the Court whether the terms of the proposed annuity matched those ordered by the Court.
Petitioner must come prepared to prove the terms of the proposed annuity to the Court so the Court may sign the order.
