A Petition for Internal Affairs was filed on October 21, 2025.  Objection to that petition was filed by Sang Bum Kim on February 6, 2026, placing this matter at issue and require evidentiary hearing to resolve. (In re Estate of Lensch (2009) 177 Cal.App.4th 667, 676; Conservatorship of Farrant (2021) 67 Cal.App.5th 370, 377.)

On June 2, 2026, the First Account and Report of Trustee was filed by Sang Bum Kim.  The accounting is not pleaded, is incomplete (contains TBD values for real property), nor does the accounting contain any request for relief.  Thus, the accounting cannot be reviewed for adjudication and can only serve as a guide for informational purposes to aid the ongoing efforts to resolve the matter without an evidentiary hearing. The accounting has not, and will not be reviewed by the Court until it is filed as a proper pleading with requests for relief, and served in accordance with the Probate Code and Rules of Court.

Any Respondents desirous to object to the Petition, must file a written objection before the hearing.  The court has authority to require all objectors to file a written objection pursuant CRC, Rule 7.801, or else deem the failure to do so a waiver.
