The following must be submitted:

Letters Testamentary or of Administration.  Petitioner’s only claim to the trusteeship of the trust is as the personal representative of the estate of the sole deceased beneficiary. There are no letters on file showing the Petitioner has been appointed the Personal Representative of the estate of that beneficiary (Bonnie Hood).  Letters must be filed.

Any Respondents desirous to object to the Petition, must file a written objection before the hearing.  The court has authority to require all objectors to file a written objection pursuant CRC, Rule 7.801, or else deem the failure to do so a waiver.
