The court notes that statutory compliance has still not been achieved. Appearances are required.

Notice of Conservatee’s Rights (Form GC-341) (Prob. Code, § 1830(c))

The next Review of a Court Investigator’s Report is already scheduled for 02/18/2027.

Appearances are required.

This matter was set for hearing upon appointment of the conservator to ascertain whether the conservator has complied with certain obligations, and it is noted that statutory compliance has not been achieved.

The following must be submitted:

Notice of Conservatee’s Rights (Form GC-341) (Prob. Code, § 1830(c)) Conservatee's Care Plan (Form GC-355/GC-356) (Prob. Code, § 2351.2)

The court further notes that a proposed order and proposed letters were never submitted to the court after the general conservatorship was granted on 11/20/2025. The temporary order and letters issued on 10/10/2025 have expired.

The next Review of a Court Investigator’s Report is already scheduled for 02/18/2027.
