Evidentiary Hearing.  Randy Cooper filed a Petition for Letters of Administration on July 18, 2025.  This petition has not received objection. 

However, a competing petition was filed by Kimberly Johnson on October 2, 2025, seeking the admission of a will to probate.  That petition received objection on November 4, 2025, which places this matter at issue requiring Evidentiary Hearing to resolve. (In re Estate of Lensch (2009) 177 Cal.App.4th 667, 676; Conservatorship of Farrant (2021) 67 Cal.App.5th 370, 377.)

Parties must appear ready to discuss discovery needs and evidentiary hearing dates.
