Procedurally, this matter was resolved on September 30, 2025, when the Court granted the active pleading, which was a Petition to Confirm Appointment of Successor Trustee. (Min. Ord. filed Sep. 30, 2025.)  As a matter of procedure, that order ended all proceedings properly placed before the court. 

Since that hearing, however, the parties have continued to appear for a “Status Report,” for what appears to be court supervision to ensure the trust is wound down without conflict. Procedurally, there is no pleading requesting the court to do so, thus, there does not appear to be any order this court can properly make.

Parties must come prepared to discuss further conflicts and take the matter off calendar.  If any party desires further court supervision, a new pleading properly requesting that supervision must be filed.
