Amendment to Petition.  The supplement submitted November 12, 2025, discloses that there has been a change in the property on hand for distribution.  The supplement also reveals that the real property that was listed in the Final Inventory and Appraisal was sold for a loss, which changes the calculation for the statutory fee pursuant to Probate Code section 10800(a).  These are fundamental changes to facts that are materially different to allegations in the petition, thus require an amendment pursuant to CRC, Rule 7.3(4), and reservice of the petition per Rule 7.53. 

It is strongly recommended the Petitioner use Local Form SC-6028 and SC-6029 for the amended petition and order.

The matter will be continued to a date to be set by the Court at the hearing, unless the party appears and requests a different date, or submits a request for a different continuance date prior to the hearing. (Local Rule 1721(c)(2)(A-B).)  If the matter is continued, documents must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the new hearing date to be considered.
