Supplement re: Medical Expenses.  Petitioner shows $2,700 in medical expenses but does not allege any facts showing whether the minor was insured, and if so, by whom.  Please submit supplement explaining whether the minor was insured, and whether apportionment calculations should be considered under Arkansas Dept. of Health and Human Services v. Ahlborn (2006) 547 U.S. 268.
