On October 30, 2025, plaintiff TWHGP LLC filed its original complaint in this action. On December 22, 2025, plaintiff filed a first amended complaint. On July 17, 2026, plaintiff filed this motion for leave to file a second amended complaint, originally noticed for hearing on November 13, 2026. On August 3, 2026, the court granted plaintiff’s ex parte application to advance the hearing on this matter to this hearing of August 14. The unopposed motion is granted. Plaintiff shall file the second amended complaint, in a form substantially the same as attached to the motion, on or before August 28, 2026.
