This case will be transferred to the Anacapa Division in the South County. (Local Rule 203(c).) The petition and opposition (as well as the Civil Case Cover Sheet) indicate the alleged motor vehicle incident occurred at State Route 154 near St. Francis Ranch Drive in Santa Barbara. This falls within the venue of the South County Region. (Local Rule 201.) If the parties have some other basis for venue in the North County Region, they are directed to appear on April 21, 2026. Otherwise, the court intends to transfer the matter on that date.
