This matter is continued to March 10, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. On October 7, 2025, the court ruled “For all the reasons discussed below, the demurrer to the complaint is sustained with leave to amend. Plaintiff is further directed to file a "redlined" version of the amended complaint identifying all additions and deletions of material as an appendix to the amended complaint.” (See October 7, 2025 MO.) On October 27, 2025, plaintiff submitted the first amended complaint but did not include a redlined version. The court now orders plaintiff to submit a redlined version by February 2, 2026.
