This is an unopposed motion by Defendant for terminating and monetary sanctions against plaintiff following Plaintiff’s failure to make discovery as ordered by the court. On May 11, 1016, Defendant filed and served a reply which states that no opposition had been received and Plaintiff has not attempted to contact counsel for defendant.   If Plaintiff does not appear, the motion will be granted.
