Plaintiff will not appear at the hearing pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 3.1340(c), and defendant has not filed opposition (and likely will not appear). The court grants plaintiff’s request for judicial notice of all documents. It also grants plaintiff’s motion for judgment on the pleadings, awarding plaintiff $22,270 on the original debt, as well as costs and fees totaling $1,370 (costs of $570 and fees of $800). The court will sign the proposed order and proposed judgment filed under separate cover on June 30, 2025. The court directs the clerk to enter judgment and provide a notice of entry of judgment to all parties. The court will vacate the CMC as a result.
