CASE ACCESS AND PAYMENT PORTAL SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE:

The court will be performing network maintenance and upgrades on Monday April 20 and Tuesday April 21, beginning at approximately 5:30pm each evening and lasting 2-3 hours. This matter concerns a motion to expunge a lis pendens and a separate motion to strike punitive damages from plaintiff’s complaint. On August 19, 2025, the court entered an order on the parties’ stipulation, granting the motion to expunge and taking that motion off-calendar. As to the motion to strike, which is the only matter remaining for hearing, it is continued to October 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in Department 5.
