Supplement re: accounting or waivers.  A trustee seeking to resign must account to the beneficiaries of the trust before resignation will be approved by the court. (Prob. Code, §16062.)  A supplement is required to show the court why the trustee should not be ordered to file an accounting before approval of resignation, or show why the trustee should not be ordered to account under the exceptions of Probate Code section 16062, 16064, and 16069.

Any Respondents desirous to object to the Petition, must file a written objection before the hearing.  The court has authority to require all objectors to file a written objection pursuant CRC, Rule 7.801, or else deem the failure to do so a waiver.
