This matter was set for hearing upon appointment of the conservator to ascertain whether the conservator has complied with certain obligations, and it is noted that previous deficiencies have been cured, and statutory compliance has been achieved.

The court has received and reviewed the report of the Court Investigator, and it appears appropriate for approval however, review by the Public Defender is pending. Absent objection, the matter will be approved.

The next review hearing will be held on 01/29/2026 in SB Dept 5 of this court at 9:00 AM.
