UPDATED: Appearances are required. A Waiver of Bond have been received. The discrepancy in the value of the estate has not been addressed.

The following must be submitted:

Waivers of Bond. Bond must be waived by all adult heirs at law. Petitioner must file bond waivers (Form DE-142) for all heirs or devisees named in a will. Item 3(e) is not completed on the Petition.

Supplement to the Petition. The following allegations were made creating ambiguity. Item 3(d) of the Petition indicates the estimated value of the estate is $1,000.00. In attachment 3(e) the estate is purported to be valued at $199,000.00. Please submit a Supplement clarifying the correct value of the estate.
