The will is not self-proving because it does not meet the requirements of Probate Code section 6110 and 8220(b). The court was advised by Petitioner that both Subscribing Witnesses are deceased. The court requested a Supplement pursuant to Probate Code section 6110(c)(2). No such supplement has been filed.
