After review of the Declaration filed on August 21, 2024, it is recommended the Court grant in part and deny in part.  It is recommended the Court grant the Petition to appoint a Guardian ad litem, but deny the proposed person in the Petition. Instead, it is recommended the Court order the Petitioner to appoint a disinterested, third party, Private Professional Fiduciary.
