On March 9, 2026, this Court approved final distribution, with a $20,000 reserve, and set this matter for hearing to review the disposition of the reserve.
An accounting of the reserve distribution and receipts from those entitled to receive distribution from the reserve is due. According to the Status Report filed on October 5, 2026, the accounting is not ready to be presented, because the taxes have not been filed, thus the tax liability is currently unknown.
As a result, it is recommended the Court continue the accounting to February 2027.
