The following is noted for the Court at the hearing:

At the last hearing (June 17, 2026) this Court denied the request for extraordinary fees for repairs to the house for resale, but granted the request for fees as to the unlawful detainer action.  The Court ordered the attorney for petitioner to submit supplement in support of the work performed on the unlawful detainer, and to submit an updated accounting and request.

Neither are on filed, but a new proposed order was submitted that ostensibly waives the request for extraordinary fees.  If attorney for petitioner now waives all claims for extraordinary fees, the Court should sign the proposed order as is, and set a review hearing on the disposition of the high reserve request.
