Dominguez.  Notice must be given 15 days before hearing to all heirs/devisees of estate, any beneficiaries of a trust if distribution made to trust, persons who requested special notice, or to Attorney General if a devisee is a charitable trust (Prob. Code, §§ 12201(b), 1220). 

There is no Proof of Service on heir entitled to take from the estate that is missing and presumed dead.  Petitioner must serve the Personal Representative of that person’s estate.
