On April 4, 2024, Nancy Shumer Bazzill filed a Petition for Probate of Will and Letters Testamentary based on a will lodged with the Court in case no. 24WILL0037.  That Petition received objection on June 7, 2024, placing this matter at issue, requiring evidentiary hearing to resolve. (In re Estate of Lensch (2009) 177 Cal.App.4th 667, 676; Conservatorship of Farrant (2021) 67 Cal.App.5th 370, 377.)

All procedural issues with the initial petition have been resolved, however, there is no Proof of Service of the will contest and accompanying summons on file.
