CASE ACCESS AND PAYMENT PORTAL SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE:

The court will be performing network maintenance and upgrades on Monday April 20 and Tuesday April 21, beginning at approximately 5:30pm each evening and lasting 2-3 hours. The Proof of Service requirements are governed by Prob. Code § 17203 which includes a 30 day notice period. The service in this case was inadequate.

The Court is anticipating that Petitioner will reschedule this hearing with the clerk’s office. If that is not accomplished prior to the hearing, this matter will be continued for service.
