RULING

The case [Lemon law] was filed 12/16/24 and the answer was filed 1/16/25.

The trial date was originally set for 4/16/26, but continued at an ex parte motion hearing brought by the Plaintiff on 4/3/26 to 8/19/26.

This is a further hearing on a motion to compel that was heard on July 29, 2026, for a report on the status of PMQ depositions. [There is no status report filed when this was drafted.]
