Collaborative Imaging Technology, LLC vs CMI Management LLC et al

Case Number

24CV05224

Case Type

Civil Law & Motion

Hearing Date / Time

Mon, 02/24/2025 - 10:00

Nature of Proceedings

1) CMC; 2) Motion to Seal; and, 3) Motion to Stay - and Motion to Compel Arbitration

Tentative Ruling

In the matter of Collaborative Imaging Technology, LLC, v. CMI Management LLC, et al., case number 24CV05224, there were originally two motions on this calendar, a motion to compel arbitration and a motion to seal. However, the moving party withdrew the motion to compel arbitration by stipulation and order filed with the court on February 18, 2025. The only remaining motion therefore is the motion of defendants to seal the motion to compel arbitration and its supporting documents. In view of the withdrawal of the motion to compel arbitration, the court does not consider the documents subject to the motion to seal for any purpose. The court will therefore deny the motion to seal as moot. Also, in view of the withdrawal of the motion, the documents provisionally lodged under seal will be ordered deleted from the court’s file pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 2.551(b)(6).
