Good cause appearing, the motion of attorney Matthew Kraut, Law Office of Matthew Kraut, A.P.C., to be relieved as counsel is granted. Box 5(a) of the proposed order will be checked, so that the order relieving Kraut as counsel will be effective upon the filing of proof of service of the signed order. Because Kraut has lost contact with the client, service by mail and by email at the client’s last known address, as with the moving papers, will be sufficient for the proof of service.
